Seats are limited and confirmed the moment payment is made. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, a no-show, or a cancellation by you at any time after enrolling — whether for an online program or an in-person workshop.
Enrolments are tied to the person who registers. A seat cannot be transferred, resold or reassigned to another person. Only the registered participant may attend a workshop or access a program, and we may verify identity.
All enrolments, seat allocation, rescheduling and any exceptions are handled solely by Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We may cancel or refuse an enrolment that breaches our terms, with no obligation to refund.
Every program and workshop runs with limited seats, committed mentors, and materials, software and (for workshops) venue costs that are set aside the moment you reserve a spot. Because a booked seat means another student couldn’t take it, all fees are final.
If you don’t attend a workshop, or don’t use your program access, the fee is not refundable and cannot be carried over to another date or cohort.
Enrolments can’t be moved to a different program, workshop or date on request, and can’t be transferred to another person. Please enrol only when you’re certain you can take part.
Our programs and workshops are services, not physical products — there is nothing to ship or send back. Any course materials, digital resources or kits we provide are part of your enrolment and are not returnable or exchangeable. Any money paid is dealt with only under this refund policy.
If you’re charged twice for the same enrolment, or money is deducted without a confirmed booking, email us the transaction details. Once we verify a genuine duplicate charge, we will initiate the refund of the duplicate amount within 10 working days of you telling us. This is the only situation in which money is returned.
In the rare event that we cancel a program or workshop entirely, you’ll receive a full refund of your fee or the option to move your seat to the next available cohort or date — your choice.
Please contact us first if something seems wrong. Raising a bank dispute or chargeback on a valid, non-refundable enrolment may result in your registration being cancelled.
