Seats are limited and confirmed the moment payment is made. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, no-shows, or cancellation by you at any time before the workshop.
Bookings are tied to the person who registers. A seat cannot be transferred, resold or reassigned to another person. Only the registered participant may attend, and we may verify identity at the venue.
All bookings, seat allocation, rescheduling and any exceptions are handled solely by Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited. This policy is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana. We may cancel or refuse a booking that breaches these terms, with no obligation to refund.
Each workshop runs with limited seats, booked mentors, materials and venue costs that are committed the moment you reserve a spot. Because a booked seat means another student couldn't take it, all fees are final.
If you don't attend, or arrive too late to take part, the fee is not refundable and cannot be carried over to another date.
Bookings can't be moved to a different workshop or date on request, and can't be transferred to another person. Please book only when you're certain you can attend.
Any launch offer or promo code applies only at the time of booking and can't be added, changed or refunded afterwards. The launch price shown on the workshop page is the price charged.
If you're charged twice for the same seat, or money is deducted without a confirmed booking, email us the transaction details — we'll verify and return any genuine duplicate or failed charge. This is the only situation in which money is returned.
In the rare event that we cancel a workshop entirely, you'll receive a full refund of your fee or the option to move your seat to the next available date — your choice.
Please contact us first if something seems wrong. Raising a bank dispute or chargeback on a valid, non-refundable booking may result in your registration being cancelled.
