1. Who we are

This website is operated by Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited (trading as “The Learning Stage”), a company registered in India with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). We are the data controller for the information described below, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run our programs and workshops and respond to you:

• Details you give us — name, email, phone, college/university, year and branch when you enrol, apply to the Campus Crew, ask us to host at your college, or contact support.
• Enrolment & payment records — your registration and transaction history. Card/UPI details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full payment credentials.
• Learning & account data — for online programs, your account details and basic progress on the learning platform (LMS), so we can give you access and issue your certificate.
• Usage data — basic, mostly anonymous information about how the site is used (pages visited, device/browser) to keep it working and improve it.

3. How we use your information

To process enrolments, deliver programs and workshops, give access to the learning platform, send confirmations and joining details, issue certificates, run the Campus Crew program, respond to queries, and share important updates about a program or workshop you’ve registered for.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (your booking), with your consent (for example, optional updates), and to meet legal obligations. This policy is intended to align with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with (a) service providers who help us operate — such as payment, email, hosting and analytics providers — under appropriate safeguards, and (b) authorities where required by law.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and limit access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

7. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to certain processing. Email us and we'll action verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Students & minors

Our programs and workshops are aimed at college students. If you are under 18, please register with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

10. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site. Any non-essential or analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in your browser settings.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to other websites (for example a payment page or social profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites — please review their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.

13. Data ownership & control

All personal data, bookings, form submissions and content collected through this website are controlled solely by The Learning Stage, which determines how they are processed, stored, retained and deleted in line with this policy and applicable law. We do not sell your data.

14. Grievance & contact

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, email support@thelearningstage.in or call +91 96527 16677. We'll acknowledge and address grievances promptly.
