The rules for using The Learning Stage’s website and for enrolling in our programs and workshops.

These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website and services of Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited, which operates under the name The Learning Stage. Our website is www.thelearningstage.in. Where these Terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited; “you” or “user” means anyone who visits the site or uses our services.
By using the site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If any part of them doesn’t work for you, please stop using the site.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and us for your use of the site and for any program or workshop you book through it. To use our services you must be able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Opening the site or using any service means you accept these Terms in full. We may update them at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are posted — so it is worth checking back now and then. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version. Our services are meant for use where they are lawful; if they are not permitted where you are, please do not access them, as following your local laws is your responsibility.
Parts of the site are open to everyone. To enrol in a program or workshop, or to use certain features, you will need an account with accurate, up-to-date details and a password you keep private. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and supervise your use.
Keep your login to yourself — you are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not upload anything harmful, such as viruses or malicious code. We may suspend or close any account that breaks these Terms.
Our programs are expert-led, project-based courses delivered online with LMS access. Our workshops are hands-on, in-person sessions run on college campuses. The details and prices for each are shown on the site.
When you enrol, you agree to pay the listed price using a valid payment method, and you confirm that you are at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Prices can change at any time, and we may add, alter or withdraw any program, workshop or feature without notice — we will not be liable to you for doing so. We may also decline a booking at our discretion. Please do not copy, resell or otherwise exploit any part of our services without our written consent.
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. You authorise us to pass your payment instructions to them as needed to complete a transaction you have requested.
We may introduce new prices, or change how a price is worked out, for any program or workshop. You will pay the charges — including any applicable taxes — that apply at the time a payment falls due.
Everything on the site — text, graphics, images, logos, layout, code and design (our “Content”) — belongs to The Learning Stage and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use our Content without permission. The name “The Learning Stage”, along with our logos, designs, domain names and other materials, belong to us or our affiliates, and we will act to protect them.
How we collect and use your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may update that policy from time to time, and the current version applies once it is posted. If you use the site from outside India, you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed in India.
By using the site you confirm that: the details you give are true and kept current; you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms; you will not use bots or scripts to access the site; you will not use it for anything unlawful; and your use will follow all applicable laws. If we find that information you have given is false or incomplete, we may suspend or close your account and block your access.
You must not try to breach the site’s security. Among other things, that means you must not:

The site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability — those links are there only for your convenience.
By using the site you agree to hear from us through the site, by email or by phone, and to keep your contact details current.
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. You use them at your own risk.
We may change, pause or withdraw the site at any time without notice, and we are not obliged to keep it available or up to date.
To the extent the law allows, The Learning Stage, its affiliates and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages connected with your use of the site or our services.
You agree that clicking to accept, and other electronic actions you take on the site, count as your signature and consent for transactions and notices.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. Clauses that by their nature should continue — such as those on ownership, indemnity and limits on liability — survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled exclusively by the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism or similar events.
Formal legal notices or complaints should be sent by registered post to our registered office, listed below.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force, and the invalid part will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it valid.
These Terms, together with any policies we post, are the whole agreement between us. We may transfer our rights or obligations under them at any time.
Thanks for choosing The Learning Stage. When you pay for a program or workshop on www.thelearningstage.in, you accept our Privacy Policy, these Terms and the refund terms below.
Once a payment is made, it is not refundable. We keep this policy because seats are limited and late withdrawals leave them unfilled; because materials, software and mentor time are set aside for you in advance; and because our administrative costs are spent upfront.
The one exception is a duplicate charge: if you are accidentally billed twice, we will initiate the refund of the duplicate amount within 10 working days of you telling us. Apart from duplicate payments, no amount paid is returned or refunded.
