“The Learning Stage” is a brand of Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited, a company incorporated in India and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited, and “you” means the participant or user. By accessing our website or booking a workshop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or are registering with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian), that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited (trading as The Learning Stage) provides offline, in-person skill workshops held on college and partner campuses. Workshop details, dates and venues are confirmed to enrolled participants ahead of each date. We may modify the content, format, mentors or schedule of a workshop where reasonably necessary.
Seats are confirmed only on successful payment through our authorised payment gateway. Prices are shown per seat in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to reschedule or relocate a workshop with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
Seats are booked in the name of the registered participant and are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-resellable, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy. The Learning Stage has sole discretion over bookings, seat allocation, admission and any exceptions, and may cancel or refuse any booking that breaches these terms without obligation to refund. If we cancel a workshop entirely for reasons within our control, we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund of the seat fee.

We may remove any participant who breaches this code from the workshop and the venue, without refund, and may refuse future bookings.
Our workshops are held at reputed institutions and partner venues that are made available to us as hosts and locations only. As a participant, you agree to comply fully with all rules, security protocols, access restrictions and codes of conduct of the host venue and campus, and to treat the venue, its premises, equipment, furniture and facilities with care.
You are solely and personally responsible for any loss, damage, defacement or theft of venue property or equipment caused by you, whether wilful or through negligence. In such an event you agree to bear the full cost of repair or replacement as assessed by the venue and/or us. Any misconduct, disruption or illegal act on the premises may result in immediate removal, forfeiture of your seat and fee, referral to the venue's administration and/or law enforcement, and may expose you to civil and/or criminal consequences under applicable law. The Learning Stage is not responsible for the individual conduct of any participant, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim, cost or liability arising from your conduct or breach of venue rules.
You are responsible for your own health and fitness to participate and for your personal belongings at all times. Please inform us in advance of any condition requiring assistance. Neither The Learning Stage nor the venue is responsible for loss of or damage to your personal property, except to the extent caused by our proven negligence.
Workshops may be photographed, filmed or recorded for documentation, quality and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of such media (which may include your image or voice) by The Learning Stage across our website and marketing channels, without further compensation. If you do not wish to be featured, please tell us in writing in advance and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Certificates of participation are issued to participants who attend and complete a workshop, carry a unique ID, and are verifiable on our website. A certificate confirms participation only and is not a professional qualification, accreditation, or guarantee of any outcome.
Our workshops are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific result, including employment, internships, placements, grades or income. Any statistics, reviews or examples on our website are illustrative.
All workshop materials, curriculum, branding, logos and website content remain the property of The Learning Stage (or its licensors) and may not be copied, recorded, redistributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting false information, infringing others' rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thekore Learning Stage Private Limited, its directors, employees, mentors and partners from any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense arising out of your breach of these terms, your conduct at a workshop or venue, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We take reasonable care in delivering our workshops but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to a workshop shall not exceed the seat fee paid by you for that workshop. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Venues and institutions where our workshops are held are independent third parties and are used as locations only. The use of a venue's premises does not imply that institution's endorsement of, partnership with, or sponsorship of The Learning Stage unless expressly stated in writing. Your use of any third-party venue, facility or service is subject to that third party's own terms.
We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government action, venue withdrawal, or power or network failure. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected workshop.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
In accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any grievance regarding our services may be addressed to our grievance contact at admin@thelearningstage.in. We will acknowledge your grievance and endeavour to resolve it within the timelines prescribed by law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
